All Originals by Chad Jewelry include the following policies:
15 day return policy - If for any reason, if you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may return the jewelry to Originals by Chad, Inc. for a full refund, less the cost of original shipping, within 15 days of receiving the jewelry. The jewelry must be in its original condition with all tags and identification.
Settings
Any setting that has been modified is considered to be custom work and is not returnable.
Custom Jewelry
There are no returns on any custom jewelry. Custom jewelry is defined as jewelry that was designed specifically for the customer, or any jewelry that was purchased from stock then modified according to the customer's specifications. This includes sizing.
Shipping
Shipping on any product is the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise noted. If you have any questions about shipping or shipping fees, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Pricing Errors
Originals by Chad, Inc. reserves the right not to honor any price on an item listed on its internet site. Although we work very hard to keep errors to a minimum, they do happen, and we are unable to honor mistaken prices. Thank you for your understanding.
Customer Identity and Address Verification
The customer is responsible for providing adequate proof of identity and address verification to Originals by Chad, Inc. No product will be shipped if either is in question. We always strive to provide the very best service to our customers however, Originals by Chad, Inc. will not act as an intermediary between the customer and the customer's card issuing bank. The customer is responsible for providing the correct information to the bank so that this information can be verified by Originals by Chad, Inc. prior to shipping the product. We strongly suggest that the customer speak with the bank who issued the credit card they are planning to use prior to making the purchase.
General Information
We may ask you for personal and/or business information such as your name and email address. For example, we request personal and business information when you inquire on specific items and when purchasing. We need to collect this information for tracking and for verifying compliance with our policies and with applicable laws.
In addition, we may request your credit-card information to bill you for transactions. Your credit-card information will be provided to clearing services to complete your requested transaction. In online transactions your credit card information is never in our possession.

We may use your contact information to send you communications periodically, solicit your feedback, provide you with special offers, or for other purposes, by mail or by email. If you choose to stop receiving any email communications from us, simply reply as indicated in any email we send to you.

"Email a friend":
Originals by Chad may offer an "email a friend" feature in relation to shopping on our site, allowing site visitors to send email to friends to inform them about jewelry designs they might find interesting. For this feature to function, we ask for email addresses for the recipient (so we know to whom to mail the message) and from the sender (so we can tell the recipient who sent the email). We do not store or save these addresses and you will not receive email or other communications from us as a result of having used this feature.
"Email a friend" is a mail service that individual visitors to Originals by Chad website can make use of to send individual emails. While this tool cannot be used to send mass "spam" mailings, Originals by Chad has no control over how our visitors use it, and is the responsibility of the sender, not Originals by Chad.
Minors:
We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you are under 18, please do not provide any personal information to us. We do not collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 18, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 18.
